CREW Participation (ages 11+)

• Registration Fee ($100) includes a show tee and production award
• Raise/ contribute ($50) toward the show fundraiser
• Attend all tech rehearsals and performances (Nov 18 - 30) no exceptions.

CAST Participation (ages 8+)

• Registration Fee ($200) includes a show tee and a participation award
• Raise/ contribute ($100) toward the show fundraiser
• Attend all pre-tech/ tech rehearsals and performances (Nov 13 - 30) no exceptions. Production calendar
  
• Parent Volunteer Commitments include the following: 

Pre-Show Meeting - Tues, Sept 10 (6:00-8:00pm) 
An adult representative must attend to discuss fundraising, expectations, work parties and to form work party committee's!   

Half Way Check In Meeting - Thurs, Oct 24 (8:00-9:00pm)
An adult representative must attend to check in regarding volunteer hours and transition our focus to set load in, tech week and performance events/ duties. 

Work (3) Saturday Work Parties 
ie. set construction, painting, costumes, sewing, prop construction etc. 
Work party days are a blast and a great way for parents and adults to mingle and get to know one another while doing paint by numbers or making odd job props! Participants ages 13+ may attend and assist (for fun, on a trial basis) at the work parties as long as they remain on task and clean up after themselves, their future work party participation is at the discretion of the coordinator(s).

Performance Venue Load-In and Load-Out Day 
ie. Mount the set and organize all properties in the performance venue
Adults will be assigned to meet at either the set storage or the OCCT studio to load up before heading to the performance venue to unload and get everything ready for tech week. On Load out the adults help to dismantle the set and pack everything up to return and put away at the studio and set storage locations. 

Work (1) performance
ie. concessions, cast-o-grams, box office, security, ushers etc. 
The adults need to arrive at call time with their participant to start on the pre-show checklist prior to the audience’s arrival.

ALL Cast members must provide or procure the following performer staples to have for rehearsals and performances. Replacements aside, this is a one time cost for performers to use in their future theatre endeavors! Read more
